We had an awesome time at the COF Kansas Pheasant Hunt March 4-6 with Christian Outfitter “Show Me Birds” in Baxter Springs, Kansas.
Host Kim Shira put us on 325 Pheasant. Our Devotional Speakers and local Pastors Greg Spink and Mark Kerr brought 3 sessions on what happens when we are separated from God.
The highlight of the weekend was when we had the opportunity to hunt with the Female Cancer Patient from “Catch a Dream.” Two of our hunters, Vince Sloan and Jeff Brehm, shot the Bin Laden Pheasant and donated the funds won to the Female Cancer Patient from “Catch a Dream” and then matched the funds. Followed by that, all the guides started donating their Guide Fee’s.
It was a WOW weekend. We came home with lots of birds and spiritual encouragement. We have booked March 2-4, 2018 for our next trip, so save the date!
